Easy Come Easy Go!

Posted: January 5, 2018 in awakening, life, soul searching

Life is a roller-coaster ride and every ride is different from one another. Some rides are way too beautiful and way too smooth to be true. But what holds true for one might hold a bigger truth for another. People taking life in face value and keeping a false image of a person will eventually understand that not everything in life is easily understood, much like the human mind…

There are people who you will come across, in your life, who will keep suggesting ideas and new ways to lead ‘YOUR’ (whether it is professional or personal way of life) life or change tracks and start doing things your principle will never allow you to, but eventually if you stick to your guns (patiently listening and accepting anyone and everyone’s opinion but not actually being party to any of it!) you will be able to show these people that life has precious things kept in store for you and all the things that seemed like diamond to those people were actually uncut ‘COAL’!

It isn’t bad to advise people but it is bad to adjudge other’s people’s way of life and ideologies. Easy things are achieved easily but life as a whole is never an easy concept and the riches of life are much bigger than wealth, properties, followers and attitudes. Life has certain goals which do not come to you easily and neither do they get destroyed easily. So the ones who achieve things easily might have to let go of certain things easily or if they try to show other people what life actually is about will definitely be shown the real context of this proverb – Easy Come Easy Go!

We have been born to lead life our way and help others who have lost their way or have difficulty understanding the crux of it all (meaningful existence and well defined co-existence).

You and I will keep on moving but there will no more be a place to find and call our home. It hits you hard when you know that the world has fallen short of love. Whenever I want to tell you the truth as to how special you are, I find you go back to a daze… The day you know that there is nothing called ‘fast love’ you will not find me anymore.

I find people gloriously getting all gaga on lust, drugs, sex and relationships that have no strings attached but just when I appear in any of your playful vicious circles, I find myself to be the only one who wants to spread the beauty of love. These deep scars of not being able to put forward myself (with purest forms and shapes of love) does not in anyway deter me from doing what I do best as I will be as the ‘Being’ that ‘is’ and will ‘be’ forever and more…

As my times and drifts keep positioning themselves I become more scared as to how today’s humans will survive without innate feelings of love and its blissfulness. Then my wonderment ceases to exist as I start taking myself away from all your dislikes, taunts and mindless misunderstandings of my being and the pure embodiment of love.

I keep continuing on my love-labeled journey of life by wishing you all the best that I can as I know there will someday be a full circle of sorts when you will have all the rleated questions put forward but sadly I will not be there to happily answer all of them and make you understand how simple it was/is to take a pinch of life with a zillion pinches of love!

Some of us (often called as the ‘other’ people by the people surrounding us in our day-to-day living) are accepted more easily and widely in the ‘other’ world than in the world we live in on daily basis. I will not confuse you by leaning on the supernatural or extra-terrestrial world objectives. By this ‘other’ world I am stating the countryside, the summer place or the off-route and detour places that we often (or secretly) take to let go of our heavy feelings and emotional burdens.

By this ‘other’ world I am trying to point to the nearest village/neighborhood or a suburban place we have so rightly called our own for a considerable period of time.

A place that we tend to refer to, as the ‘other’ world is our parallel world of existence. For me it is a district set far off from my city where I connect with myself. I need to visit this place at least twice a month or in a span of two months to get rejuvenated. This is where I wash away my torn and tattered self.

In order to stay connected to the world we need to stay connected with ourselves. Here is a picture of my ‘other’ place. This place has given me the strength to come back, every time I have failed to connect with myself.

no man’s land

You, me and everyone playing the game of life need to have this place to find inner peace. Without remaining connected to our selves we will never be able to attain liberation.

Go out and about people! That is the only way that suits the universe. Be a part of that ‘other people’! Remain happy and at peace.

mind.jpgWe have often found questioning ourselves – how to channelize our mind? Soon after identifying the ‘object’ of our desires (the purest form of clarity and stability) we start to question on our next step.

The ‘object’ of our ascertainment being identified needs sharpening. Once we have successfully  opened our minds we need to form a firm shape or a clear picture. In order to attain this we need to imagine the nature of our inner light, the ultimate connection with the supreme power (whether outside or inside our aura).

Transforming our anger, sadness and all other harmful energies is a difficult process. We need to be patient while silently observing our mind’s movement. In every effort we put in this journey we must not repress our emotions, instead let it flow naturally without acting upon it. Negativeness will bring in more of it we can just wait and allow it to rise without doing anything about it.

The moment we become sad or angry we must start meditating. Any form of negative energy is powerful mass of energy and we must not waste too much time by neglecting it. By meditating we will be able to neutralize our energy. It will be an extremely slow process but the wheels will turn and our moods will change.

Transformation from negative to positive will require a lot of forgetting. Nothing in this world is constant – neither harm, happiness nor sadness or anger.  The more we reduce our excitement the more we will be closer to channelizing our mind.

While meditating (with an innate goal to channelize our mind)  we must not forget that our mind and body are well connected. So we need to have a proper posture while performing meditation. Tight postures will make our minds heavier so we need to loosen our body by relaxing our muscles.

Investigating our experiences and observing our doubts will gradually sober our mind. Initially we will be able to take part in short sessions of meditation which will turn into longer ones as our minds become stable.

Forgetting the object will bring in blocks in the paths of our meditation. Practicing stability will arouse the spiritual awareness of our being and the being of the entire universe. We will then start processing our path to liberation.

deleting_memoriesHow hard is it to erase somebody’s existence from your life? We can choose to cut off all the social networking ties yet remain largely unsuccessful in deleting a person completely from our lives. We need to put in real efforts in doing so, if we are not the people who do not feel anything even when they meet or greet their friends with whom they have fallen out. I belong to the race which does not believe in keeping any kind of contact whatsoever with the one who has cheated on me, taken me down, hurt me for a longer time than we remained friends, etc.

Saddest part of this reality is the fact that deleting images, notes, texts and contact details are not enough. We need to erase their memories. I consider myself to be a considerably calm person and my efforts have been so far a bit of a success. I have started blocking my own thoughts whenever memories come by. This is one hell of a process. These are people and moments we are talking about, not some random stranger talk. Our effort in deleting someone from our life is solely to let ourselves enjoy peace and the sheer happiness of existence. Life is a constant commotion and why do we need to keep hurting our inner peace? We must release ourselves from all forms of memories attached to these people who have made us feel low in life at some point or the other.

We are tiny parts of the bigger universe and we have significant roles to play in our lives. We must not hinder that process by crying over past moments and memories. I am not suggesting to avoid memories but what I am trying to say is the fact that we must not think of the bad things. We must let go of all things negative as they hurt US.

WE, US, ME, – These are important as long as they do not make us shallow individuals. Pride and ego are important to make a character stronger, bigger and mightier. We have arrived as sole (and supreme too) entities and our life path will determine our  liberation. A soul is what matters and our only goal is to liberate it from the clutches of negativity, evil, bad blood and bad intent. Only then shall we attain enlightenment.

what-goes-around-come-aroundKarma is a *^&^*! But there is no way escaping the route. Our actions sow the seeds for the results we witness. No matter how hard we try not to think bad about people who have done bad to us but past actions and thoughts will bear the results (and these results will be in line with our deeds, vibes and thoughts we spread). ‘What goes around comes around’ is a tried and tested cliche.

There are good people on earth who never pray or hope bad for ones who do bad to them. But then again there is no turning around from the path of ‘Karma’, that is our own actions. The cosmos rules our lives. Cosmic energies are related and everything that exists are co-related. In order to attain a scar-free life we must strive each day to aim higher and do better. Aiming higher is to believe in the fact that if we are unable to do good to anyone we should not do bad either. It does not matter whether there is any bodily harm intended or not. Even a bad ranting or an out of place sentence might unknowingly hurt a person who is probably in deep need of comfort or soothing words.

To release ourselves we must release our ego, our everyday needs and greed. We own nothing. Without a name or our existing fame we came with nothing but our birth. We were born to pursue a noble deed – to attain the ultimate goal of enlightenment as there is nothing else to pursue. Having a palace, a hot wheel, a good looking spouse or a comfortable life are ‘things’, sheer material pleasures. A human’s birth cannot be complete solely by achieving material feats. A soul’s ascent is as important as a body’s.

We work hard to reach physical world goals, heights. In doing so we forget that our physical world dreams are futile as the more we get attached to this world the more fearful we will remain. Remaining fearful will make us permanently attached to a non-existent environment. What truly matters is to realize the dreams and pleasures experienced (or to be experienced) by our soul. We are nothing without the active enlivening of our true self, which is nothing but our soul.

Each day we must keep in line with our positive thoughts and intent to do good or think good. Positive vibes will not earn us more money or material pleasures but they will earn us ‘real happiness’.  There are days when we often sit down all by ourselves and think of the actions and things or pursuits that failed us to be happy. Then why is it that we are not happy in spite of attaining things that should have made us happy. This is where the  soul searching comes up. An individual ignores his soul’s wants and desires. When these are pointed out road to enlightenment starts shaping up. Enlightening is an everyday process. Life has no material goals other than to raise oneself in line with her/his actions.

What is true awakening? Is it seeing, letting one’s thoughts flow or is it never forgettingawakening our very self in each deed we do throughout the day? There will never be anyone around to teach how to awaken our soul, the true territories of consciousness as one has to find his own path.

Let us take an example. Taking a long walk (more like the one taken by P. D. Ouspensky in Saint Petersburg) while never forgetting our own existence will do the trick. At some point or the other we might lose our very intent of ‘not to forget our existence’! What I want to say is the very fact that we tend to forget ourselves while doing everyday chores starting from chatting, house-cleaning to working at office or eating, drinking and other trivial or important works. Even while we think we forget our existence. It is an everyday process (more like a practice) to remember our existence.

When we start remembering ourselves (every single moment) we will get close to awakening our souls. We must observe our senses, watch our minds, track our emotions, feelings, realize our pain and happiness, observe our instincts and impulses in order to remain conscious. We tend to see an object or a place and start connecting with it. In doing so we forget ourselves. We must never get fascinated or attached to any occurrence in our lives. If we attain this we will attain the feat of being awakened.

Controlling our mind is more like an exercise and an everyday pursuit and I am sure with earnest efforts we will ‘not forget ourselves’. This is our ultimate goal as nothing else matters. Realizing and enlightening our souls require hard work – harder than loving, talking, leading our lives, working, taking care of relationships and our families. For humans living in the troubled times like today it will be difficult to focus on this exercise but we can can chant this everyday – ‘Let’s not forget ourselves as we inch towards Awakening’ and we will never fail ourselves!  🙂
